Buddy is a baby in an orphanage who is kept in Santa’s bag and ends up in the North Pole. Then, as an adult growing up with fairies, Santa allowed him to go to New York to find his father Walter Hobbs. Hobbs, on Santa’s Criminal List for being a heartless person, doesn’t know Buddy was born. Meanwhile, Buddy experiences the joys of New York City (and human culture) that only fairies can do. When Walter’s relationship with Buddy interfered with his work, he had to re -evaluate his priorities.
