Synopsis: After the brutal massacre of his family by the sub-Zero underground army, Hanzo Hasashi is exiled to the Netherrealm torture. There, in exchange for his slavery to the evil Quan Chi, he is given the opportunity to avenge his family and is resurrected as Scorpion, a lost soul determined to take revenge. Returning to Earthrealm, Lord Raiden reunites elite Shaolin warrior monk Liu Kang, Special Forces officer Sonya Blade, and action star Johnny Cage, a group of unlikely warriors with a chance to save the humanity. To do this, they must defeat the hordes of gladiators from Shang Tsung’s Outworld and rule the Mortal Kombat tournament.
